Pascal Gasbarro is a Certified Master Results Coach and Certified Paradox Process Teacher and Certified Trainer who guarantees outstanding results. In 2006, he founded Clear It Now, the company that specializes in teaching people to work with emotional intelligence.
He designs and leads staff trainings to stop drama, align work values and increase productivity for independent businesses including: Rock Our World, Omegasonics, Unity Medical Center, The Healing Tree, and Balance on the Go.
Pascal began his corporate career in NYC as an IT support contractor for the advertising, financial and legal professions. As a project coordinator, he worked closely with executives, management and staff. He gained a solid grounding in successful business strategies that became his foundation for creating and managing three successful home service businesses.
As an elected representative for the Ventura Superior Court Staff, Pascal clarified and aligned stakeholder expectations, co-developed a successful union strategy and served on the negotiation team to produce one of the most outstanding staff contracts in the court's history.
Clear It Now was inspired by Pascal's dynamic business experience, the demands of a theatrical performance career, and twenty years of training with top business and personal growth leaders including: Thomas Michael Jones, Christopher Howard, and T. Harv Eker.
He graduated from Robert Morris University in Business Administration and earned a BFA from Temple University in Dance Performance. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
